We have been enjoying some lovely, warm, and unsnowy weather lately. While we all know it probably wouldn't last all the way through March, one can always hope. Last night Mother Nature decided it was time to end that dream for a while as we got to enjoy another three inch snowfall. Naturally snow that falls at this time of the year is the wet, heavy kind that is all so much fun to shovel, but it does lend itself nicely to making snowballs and snowpersons (I figured it was time to make our snow creatures gender neutral for the 2010's).
With any bit of luck this might be the last shoveling of the season, but March still has 25 days to go. Also, in case you are checking really closely - I didn't put that much effort into making a perfect snowperson with a carrot nose and coal eyes, and the dead grass/leaves rolled up with the snow (one way to clean up the dead stuff from the lawn).
