The cucumbers are coming in fast and furious now - especially since I put in four plants this year. So it was time to put up some bread and butter pickles this last Sunday. We canned three batches and could probably do another three or four this weekend. We just have to decide how many pickles can two people eat in a year.Might be time for Jo to start taking some cucumbers into work instead.
